Contract:  A signed contract is required when booking an event.

Deposit:  A 50% deposit of the total amount is required in order to secure your date. Be advised that no date will be reserved until a signed contract and deposit have been received.

Contract Add-Ons:  The desire to add additional people to a signed contract does not guarantee there will be time to include them if it conflicts with the day-of-event schedule, so when securing your date, please book accordingly. Prices are subject to change and additional add-ons will reflect current prices.

Reimbursements:  Clients are responsible for previously agreed service commitments.  On the day of the event, if for any reason the member or members decide not to have the services performed, partial reimbursements will not be given. 


Service Minimums:  Yooni requires a minimum of 5 hair and 5 makeup services to reserve her on the day of your event or wedding.  For all other artists, there is a minimum of 3 hair and 3 makeup services required to book an event on-site and in our West Hills or Santa Monica location.

Cancellation:
  If for any reason the client must cancel the booked event or any services on a contract, the deposits paid will not be refunded or transferred. 

Appointment Cancellation and No-Show Policy: If you must cancel your appointment, we ask that you notify us 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged the price of your service(s) scheduled.  No-shows and cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be charged the full price of the service appointment.  A credit card number is required to hold all appointments and must be given at the time you book your appointment.

Trials:  All trials are conducted weekdays at our West Hills, CA studio location. Digital photos will be taken and emailed to the client.

Travel Fee:  There is no additional charge for locations within 30-miles of West Hills, CA. Locations outside of this radius will include a travel fee and the amount will be determined at the time of inquiry.

Airfare & Accommodations:  All costs for travel to a booked event are to be paid by the client. Costs may include, but are not limited to: airfare, hotel, transportation, parking, food, service incidentals and all taxes. The cost of the airline ticket will be pre-paid by the client in the form of a check and sent with the contract and deposit to be purchased by Y Beauty Studio or its representatives. All other fees incurred will be included with the final bill and due for payment two (2) weeks prior the event date.

Parking, Valet & Toll Fees:  Where parking, valet or toll fees may be incurred, the amount will be included with the final bill or due for payment on the event day.

Payment in Full:  The final balance is due two (2) weeks prior to the event date, no exceptions. 

Accepted Types of Payment:  Cash, Checks made payable to Y Beauty Studio, and if paying by Visa, MasterCard, or American Express, a 5% transaction fee will be added to your charging amount.

Gratuities:  Our best reward is your personal recommendation of our services, however if you are pleased with your services, gratuities are greatly appreciated.
