YBeauty Studio is a welcoming, culture-centered space created by a young Latina mother and entrepreneur. It began with one idea: serve our community, beautify women, and use our craft to make an impact through education and entrepreneurship. If one of us can rise, all of us can.
Meet Yashira Santiago
Advanced stylist and founder of YBeauty Studio. Doing hair since 2019 and a proud graduate of the RedKen Beauty School in Melbourne, Florida. Yashira loves fashion, education and motivating other women, which is exactly why she created YBeauty Studio: a safe, beautiful space for us. From color transformations and extensions to makeup, her work is about confidence, patience and communication. Let's grow together.
2026 Entrepreneurship Award
Yashira was honored with the 2026 Entrepreneurship Award at the Dîner en Blanc event for her vision, hard work, and the impact she has made empowering other women through beauty and entrepreneurship.
Giving Back to the Community
Yashira regularly donates her time and resources to the women, mothers and children of Youngstown and Boardman. She hosts Back-to-School beauty drives for kids, free workshops for women and free haircut events every year.

With continued support, YBeauty Studio will keep expanding its community programs, certification scholarships and women's empowerment initiatives across Ohio and Florida. Yashira is open to collaborations, grants and other funding opportunities that help her serve more women and families.
